Terms of Service

By subscribing to Avunor, you agree to these terms. Avunor is an independent product operated by Pei C and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Bookeo.

1. What Avunor Is

Avunor is a booking frontend and promotions layer that connects to your existing Bookeo account via the Bookeo public API. It provides a branded customer-facing booking widget, a 5-engine promotions system, a member dashboard, and an optional VIP loyalty system. An optional Brand Kit add-on provides custom design work.

Avunor does not replace Bookeo. You must have your own active Bookeo subscription to use Avunor.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid Bookeo account to use Avunor. By subscribing, you confirm that you are authorised to operate the venue you are registering.

3. Subscription & Billing

Avunor is billed on a monthly or annual basis. Invoices are sent by email.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
You can cancel anytime by emailing hello@avunor.com
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then
Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Founding Member pricing is locked for life

4. Your Responsibilities

Keep your Bookeo API key secure and do not share it
Ensure your payment gateway credentials are accurate and active
You are responsible for the accuracy of your venue's game information, pricing, and availability as set in Bookeo
You are responsible for complying with local laws regarding consumer bookings, refunds, and data protection

5. Service Availability

We aim to keep Avunor running at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Avunor depends on the Bookeo API — if Bookeo experiences downtime, your booking widget may be affected. We are not liable for losses arising from Bookeo API interruptions.

We will notify active subscribers via email of planned maintenance.

6. Intellectual Property

Avunor, its code, design, and branding are owned by Pei C. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute any part of Avunor without written permission.

"Bookeo" is a trademark of its respective owners. Avunor makes no claim to that trademark.

7. Limitation of Liability

Avunor is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pei C is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Avunor, including lost revenue, missed bookings, or data loss.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the service. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Avunor after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify active subscribers of significant changes by email.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Pei C is based. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
