All monthly and annual subscription payments are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time by emailing hello@avunor.com and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
The Brand Kit is a one-time design fee. If you request a refund before we have started design work, we will issue a full refund. Once design work has begun, the fee is non-refundable.
Email hello@avunor.com to cancel your subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refund will be issued for the remaining period.
