Avunor is operated by Pei C, an independent software developer. We are not affiliated with Bookeo. This policy explains how we handle your information when you use Avunor.

1. Information We Collect

When you use Avunor, we may collect the following information:

Account information — your name, email address, and venue details when you sign up
Booking data — game selections, dates, guest counts, and order totals processed through your booking widget
Bookeo API credentials — your API key, stored securely and used only to sync your Bookeo data
Payment information — we do not store payment card details. Subscription payments are collected via Wise, PayPal, or bank transfer. Guest booking payments are handled by your chosen payment gateway (e.g. Stripe, GCash, PesoPay) who have their own privacy policies.
Usage data — basic analytics on how your booking widget is used (page views, session duration)

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and operate the Avunor service
To sync your Bookeo availability and games in real time
To manage your subscription billing and send invoices
To send you service-related emails (onboarding, billing, support)
To improve the product based on usage patterns

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.

We share data only with services necessary to operate Avunor:

Bookeo — to read your availability via their public API
Payment processors — Wise, PayPal, or your bank for subscription billing
Your payment gateway (e.g. GCash, Stripe) — when processing guest bookings on your widget

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. API keys are stored encrypted and never exposed in plain text.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel, we will delete your data within 30 days upon request.

5. Cookies

Avunor uses minimal cookies necessary to keep you logged into your merchant dashboard. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Request a copy of the data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your data
Cancel your subscription at any time by emailing hello@avunor.com

7. Children's Privacy

Avunor is a business tool intended for venue operators. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page and notify active subscribers by email if changes are significant.
